Beyond Bliss

 

I want to explode like a volcano

You whisper into my ear and yet

You squeeze even tighter yet move so slow

Making my body shiver my soul sweat

I want to scream with ecstasy

You hush my lips with your finger

I feel your hair caressing my seas

And the bliss swells and lingers

I want to taste your skin explore your curves

You submit to my anxious hands

I quiver and there is a mountain of nerves

That contain such potential energy beyond what I can understand

I want to have a poemversation with you awhile

Just to talk to receive and to share

Some thoughts some dreams some bottles of wine

Just some give and take to be fair

Cause certainly I don’t know enough to only speak

So this road is two ways

Don’t be mild silent and overly meek

I want to hear what you have to say

Yet your words don’t even have to rhyme

They don’t even have to have any rhythm

I just want us to have a great time

So your thoughts your words I want to hear them

Burning Desire

I want to taste you

Until my tongue can taste no more

I want to kiss you

Until my lips grow sore

I want to hold you

Until your skin makes impressions on my bones

I want to make love to you

Until your words turn into sighs and moans

I want to tell you how I love you

As a lover wife and friend

Then I want to start all over again

Consumed While We Consummate

This dark room that consumes our clothes

As if it were a ravenous beast

It foreshadows our doom as mounting pressure grows

And makes our sighs like they were yeast

The kisses that fed our aching souls constant as waves

The caresses as subtle as the night breeze

They feel the fire that loses control as our flesh becomes slaves

Bringing us servants to our trembling knees

Darkness envelopes us into a world of touch and sound

As if the streets did not exist

Our senses a pearl that has been pressured underground

To birth passions we cannot resist

The morning sun will come to slash and burn

Yet will refuse to sooth and warm

For our spirits still darkness will yearn

Although content to awaken wrapped in loving arms

From dull to bright

From pain to peace

From nightmare to dream

From guilt to grace

From chained to free

From dead to alive

From blind to see

From in debt to thrive

From old to new

From winter to spring

From gray to blue

From legs to wings

What love has meant

I am high on element LV

It has taken control of me

Intoxicated to the core

Flying high on wings I soar

My mind cannot discern reality

My veins infused with LV

Vaulted as a kite on a windy day

Found this elusive needle in the mountain of hay

My eyes have my heart beating fast

LV has painted my future over the dark past

This new element on the chemical chart

Is the love found in hearts
